Strength: restraint from beating the interviewer senseless. Weakness, having exercised restraint.

In all seriousness, it's a good question to be asked (or to ask) in an interview if you're serious about the job; it shows that you're thinking more into the longer term and actually visualizing yourself in the role.

It's a BS question. No one can say for certain how a job will challenge someone in the future. Whatever the answer is gonna be made up BS.

It is a BS question. Better might have been asking what plans the interviewee had for learning the project needs, requirements, assessing current development status, etc.

Guffaw!! On my way out I'll call the union hall, and by the time I get to the parking lot, I'll be dispatched to the next job!!!

Oh, I failed to mention this was for an internal position at my own company!...the 6th position I have applied to in a year I didn't get. Yeah...scouring LinkedIn at the moment.
