For some reason I feel like this wouldn’t have been a thing with Jobs. I do wonder though if his coverage of AI was going to have a more negative/dystopian spin, impacting potential future plans in Cook’s eyes.

Jobs either would have been on AI already and rolled it out with Siri. Or strangled a VP, and then rolled out AI.

Apple is working on their AI. I think Cook was antsy because Stewart would have pointed out all the very real issues with the current wave of AI and Cook didn't want that to spoil Apple's rollout. China is obvious.

Then tell Xi to keep his war planes and spy balloons out of US airspace.
