@Azimuth my old modded T_0RP are not warm at all, and the MJ3 helps tame the treble. The Fostex RP kit I recently built is warm and not a good match at all for the MJ3

Had to sell the Fostex T500mkII back to original owner so he could sell his Edgar Horn Titan package w/field coils, hence the Via Wave tweeters now in the system

That would be my new budget combo suggestion for someone entering the hobby. Incredible sound quality for under $300 total.
