• • Was a new Focal Clear from TSAV after the loner tour pair had a driver issue after the loaner tour was done.
  • Like new condition other than some darkening on suede pads and band, but not much, and is common for this model. A screw came off on the headphone case carrying band, but it’s included if you’re very dedicated to re-install it.

  • Not many sold since the v2 was release. Might be a bit high for a friend price, but pricing it here for now considering accessories. Seems like $450 a la carte with a good battery is a current price. I saw one with a bad battery go for $250.

InEar Prophile-8 + PWA Anniversary No. 5 4-Wire Pentaconn Cable

• InEar Prophile-8 from SBAF loaner
  • Works great, shells in great condition with one exception. You can see a small chip came off of the shell during the loaner at the 2-pin connector on the right earpiece, which is purely aesthetic and can be seen in the photo.
  • No extra filters, random silicone tips + one set of medium rubber tips that I think sound the best on this IEM, let me know if you have a tip preference/ size
  • Used, but okay condition, Noble 2-pin to 3.5mm TRS cable.

• PWA Anniversary No. 5 4-Wire Pentaconn Cable
  • $200 new, this is my favorite IEM cable and I would keep it if I still used IEMs with these terminations. Great flexibility and no oxidation on the copper strands.

• As far multi-driver balanced armature IEMs go, these are some of the best I’ve heard. I agree with Marv’s comments on the downsides of this IEM, but even with those taken into consideration, this is still a really well done BA IEM.

Massdrop x Noble X

• This is an unserialized aesthetic b-stock that was made by Noble prior to the first production run of Noble X.
• The visual defect is a pin sized hole on the face plate made during the CNC process. it does not affect sound. You can see a black dot on one of the faceplates in the photo.

Massdrop CTRL Canvas + EnjoyPBT 9009 set + Zeal PC Sakurio Switches

  • This is a beige color variant of the CRTL keyboard.
  • Comes with the limited release CTRL Canvas artisan cap

  • Some cracking on the LED diffuser ring at the corners, which was a design flaw of the first gen CTRL keyboards. Other than that, this is in great condition. This is barely visible in the photos, but is there if you look hard.
  • I can add a couple of spare SMD hotswap sockets if wanted for any potential future PCB repair
  • This keyboard is about as silent as CTRL can get, but there’s only so much you can do about the metal plate on body design. Better switches with Krytox 205g0 could make it a little quieter.
  • There a couple of stickers on the back that I plan to remove before shipping.

Keyhive Helix Keyboard - Built

• This is fully made. Not sure if anyone wants to buy this, but I made this kit in the beginning of the pandemic to dial in my surface mount soldering skills. The quality of all joints are good and there is a photo of the SMD joints with the pics.

• I made the TRS to TRS the cable from a noble audio IEM cable and two Wyvern audio Wv-lstp-2 connectors.

SOLD for 11 USD - IC - There's a Shanling M1 in the photos that I'll send with it's accessories for the price of shipping. It has a shattered back glass, which is still in place. The leather case covers this up. It works fine and you can't tell unless you remove it from the case.

how are the switches on the CTRL?

 

Hope this isn’t too much information…The switches are a 62g silent linear from Zeal PC, which seem to have cult following. For the available silent linear in 2020 when I bough these, I tested them against the other silent offerings at the time such as Gazzew, Silent Alpacas, Gateron Silent Inks, etc. Out of the offerings in this switch style, these were my favorite once they were lubed. The bottom out doesn’t feel mushy like many other silent switches. However, while the travel on these is very smooth, when you put them against non-silent Alpaca switches, Tangerine Switches, or Banana Split switches, these don’t feel as smooth, but those others are three of my favorite switches.

If you want silent linears, these are nice. I don’t need silent switches anymore, but I’ve found other ways to make keyboards quiet enough without silent switches. I get the sound level and experience I want with polycarbonate or acrylic switch plates and polycarbonate or acrylic cases along with Krytox 205g0 lube on the switches.

 

WM1A and Clears have sold. $350 and $500 respectively.
