FS: Koss ESP-950 Last Call

Hey All,

I have an excellent condition Koss ESP-950. I've had it for a little over a year. I've taken good care of it, and it was used in a smoke/pet free home. I've not been using it much because I can listen to speakers most of the time now, and use IEMs when I need to go closed. Comes with amp, carrying case, and all original accessories.

$SOLD for SBAFs. Looking to get a local Bay Area buyer, but if no one wants it I can ship.

Does anyone know if the warranty is transferable? I'm not in the Bay area but am interested if someone - for some insane reason - doesn't pick this up!

Technically the warranty doesn't seem to be transferable. Here's part of the warranty info on their website:

Koss Limited Liftetime Warranty

This Koss product has a Limited Lifetime Warranty which covers normal use by the initial user or purchaser of this particular Koss product. Koss hereby warrants only to the initial user or purchaser that this Koss product will be free of any defect in materials and workmanship for the life of the product. This warranty does not apply to any INITIAL USER OR purchaser who allows this product to be used by multiple PERSONS.

For all those interested, these were almost sold to a friend but he preferred the speakers that I was also selling to the headphone. These are back up for sale for anyone interested. I am looking first looking for a local sale in the Bay Area. If no one is interested, I will get to the people who sent me DMs who are not in the Bay Area. Let me know if you have any questions. I think I've replied to everyone that sent me PMs. Just taking a last call for any Bay Area residents that would like these. I really don't wan to deal with shipping if I don't need to.

 

Great price. If I did't already have one, I would get it.

I did get a used one from HF, and I needed to send it in for repair. Very simple process, and they didn't ask for a receipt/invoice. While the warranty isn't technically transferable, they don't check. To get warranty, all you have to do is send it to them, a note which what's wrong, and a check for $9 for return shipping. USPS shipping, which insurance, to them was about $20.
