    I figure the moment is worth pause. In front of me, courtesy of fellow SBAFer MrColtfire and what I have learned here, and still in its mailer, is a Vali, my first piece of worthy Head-Fi. Behind me I leave a banshee-like Grado SR80, a plodding Sony MDRV-6 and many others I can't recall. With me is the harmless KRK 6400 and some Porta-Pros whose headband is dedicated to enlarging my bald spot. At the end of the month - HD600s or 650s- it begins!

    HD6X0 (maybe + Modi Multibit depending on your DAC) and quit. The more you spend on this madness, the less you tend to be able to just enjoy listening to music, IMHO. I joined HF (my first mistake) a few years ago looking to get more out of my HD600 and spent a stupid amount of money on all manner of shit. Now I am back at HD600. The LOLs...

    I'm waiting to purchase an hd650 from Amazon uk (thanks SBAFrs for the choice and money saved!)
    September 13th will mark a year without smoking and this is my reward. I'll order in a few days in case I get a defective set and have the 30 days. @jowls ...Modi Multibit will be next- thanks for pointing me in that direction.
