    You asked for impressions, and you got it from 3 members. Like purrin said, could you tell us what your current headphones and dac are? Perhaps we can direct you towards something that may suit you better. Or if you want the amp, then get the damn amp already and tell us how great the amp turns out to be. We're not going to encourage you to buy something that we either don't think sounds good, or something that we don't have enough reliable on.

    Not trying to pick on you specifically but you're just looking for positive impressions to reinforce your own decision to buy the amp.

    how to buy an expansive amp without possibility to hear it? i read on the internet expert comments.... some expert are less objective or experimented than other one......is it a proof of stupidity if i wait for more impressions ? this forum seems interesting for that... thanks to all

    My advice is that you consider better headphones before buying a $1100.00 amp. There's an EC S7 (modded) for sale right now for the same price that I would bet you $300 sounds better than the microZOTL. Definitely less distortion too.

    thanks the Gunner100 for you clear post..... i dont know for now if i will buying the zotl or soime other amp ...i serach for and end game amp.... for now i had bushmaster mkII dac, Ember tube amp. he 400 headphone... i am curious al;so with the dharma headphone...

    If you can't afford something expensive, there are tons of great options that cost less than the MicroZOTL 2. Again, we don't know what your headphones or dacs are. We can't help you without that info. Many of us spend our own money to buy expensive gear without hearing it first. Most of the time it's from extremely reputable and reliable brands like Schiit and EC. They simply make some amazing gear without relying on buzzwords, messiahs, or cult followings.

    Okay so you have an he-400. You could definitely use a pair of better headphones before upgrading your amp. There's honestly only so much that you'll get out of the he-400. What do you like or dislike about the he-400? Why are you interested in the dharma? Is it because it's somewhat "unique" with its two drivers?

    the he 400 are very good with sorb mod. but i want to invest in the next year to an upgrade...Dharma seems promising...

    why? because i had some very good experience with the he 400 and i hope to buy some better headphone ...For the Dharma i am curious about .... the hek is too much expansive... the Odin also....the stax need a dedicated expansive amplifier.... and i prefer my he 400 to the basic stax system i already own...
