@Ringingears has it, a no to @JK47. @BillOhio has a good idea, but no. Shirt tails is probably closer to porn than coat tails. Hmmm, yes, shirts used to have tails. I'd forgotten that.

When I was a youngster, way back in the 50s/60s, I greeted a Fred Astaire film on the TV with rapturous enthusiasm. My parents groaned, "We were fed up with this stuff before you were born!"

But I have never gone off them. The films, that is. Parents too, but they are not still alive.

Ivrving Berlin wrote it for the movie Top Hot so I assume that’s what you enjoyed yesterday. I too am still hooked on those films.

Like my Zappa stream of conciousness yesterday, it just came into my head, so I checked out the lyrics. Watched a rather poor-quality clip on youtube.

I think I have all those films on VHS. I wonder if the machine still works after ten years of being ignored. I wouldn't if I was it.

@Thad E Ginathom. Give it a try after cleaning the heads. My old Betamax still works.

Oh wait, I forgot. I haven't got a TV! And I don't think hdmi existed when that machine was born.
