Might be fuses leaky cmos battery or caps, whatever you do be careful with that display tube. It has lethal voltage even after you unplug it. Also handle with care, the glass is under pressure.
Yeah, I made sure to leave it unplugged a while before I went in to clean it. Those caps can hold a charge for a long time. Not sure where the cmos battery would be in this computer, so big with so many hiding places and unconventional layout.
Well it can look like a cylinder for example. Look for brownish acid like stuff that might have eaten through the pcb. If so good chance it's perma fucked. Also i didn't mean the caps i meant the actual crt tube itself. Though those need care as well as you did. Just to make sure it is very deadly, think 27kv.
