The classic and 2x spicy hot are very good, so hopefully the others are as well. Not really sure what flavor they are though

Jjajang is a black bean paste. It's normally jjajangmyun which is a noodle based black bean paste dish. Its very tasty you should enjoy. If you have watched the movie Parasite, it's essentially the black noodles. (Yes it's not exactly but close enough for reference)

Carbo is carbonara.

I bought a 10 pack of the 2x spicy hot in the past. Honestly I am used to it now. When I first had it, pain, hard to finish eating it. Now, its just good pain when eating it. Just thinking about it now makes me want some, best instant ramen i have had. The noodles themselves are just so much higher quality than anything else.

Samyang are good. If you want some more suggestions for a bit more obscure and not as common ones let me know

Yeah sure, that would be good. As a college student with 1 pot and 1 pan who spends all their money on audio stuff, any good ramen suggestions are good.
