    He went through the HUGE pita of filing a claim and he got $110 for the owner of the SW51+ (it was a personal loaner, not an SBAF loaner). that's how it's done felas! Thank you so much for being so kind and responsible. Makes my job so much easier and makes this community a better place.

    It really wasn't too much trouble and the least that could be done for someone generous enough to offer their personal gear up for loan! Luckily the damage was only cosmetic and could be made inconspicuous with a bit of black paint or a sharpie.
