    It doesn’t matter. Gladiator Cables can actually communicate so I went with him. Problem solved.

    I'm not going to speak on the customer service issue here because it's been well covered, but I have to say your post above is straight bullshit IMO. You basically just said "this other person or persons that have nothing to do with Chris Cables were racist, so when I didn't get the service I wanted I now suspect Chris Cables is racist." That could do real damage to a person's business and yet you put that out there with zero indication of that being the case.

    If you read through my responses, you could see the accumulation of why I let that suspicion (not suggestive fact, just personal feeling) out.

    Old dudes in general don’t get prejudice treatment based on their appearence when there’s no national prominent negative stereotype of them, so you most likely wouldn’t know how it feels for those accumulated feelings to stack up.

    I've done quite a bit of online trading and I've learned many things, but one very important lesson:


    In my experience some people aren't worth transacting with. I know will all sound blunt and maybe even rude, but this has greatly reduced the quantity of headaches and stress I have had. This experience is shared with many people who sell on ebay, mercari, etc.


    People who ask this many extensive questions and have this many demands are inevitably going to end up disappointed. They are fixated with this one item with unrealistic expectations and when they receive it they will want it to live up to that expectation (either making them happy, fixing a problem, etc). Often times it will not live up the obsessive pedestal they placed it on.


    For example, I somewhat recently had someone inquire about a pair of headphones I was selling (~$150). After agreeing to a heavy discount, I then was barraged with 40 messages over 3 days asking about everything under the sun. I decided this would not result in a positive outcome and said “I don’t think this is the right pair of headphones for you”.

    I had already texted a couple other members of the staff after the first post that this was an odd thread. I get being frustrated with customers but you run a business and it’s weird to post this kind of stuff out unless you're soliciting advice, etc.

    That being said, @Tekker is bonkers and, not only that, tried to create 2 new accounts. Congrats, your one day timeout is now a two month ban.
