Yes. I generally consider any fixed battery device to be future landfill waste. Considered a single CR123 model but that is a bit of a size increase for a keychain light. Hopefully by the time this thing dies they will pack more lumens into an equally small and affordable package and I won't feel as bad about the built in obsolescence as I do with cell phones and DAPs.

Edit: Might try a 10440 in the Maratac just for fun. Probably 50/50 whether it works great or goes poof.

That is super sharp... not sure if it's $150 super sharp though...

They give you 2 NiMH rechargeables, but I'm not a fan of those in a light... they're always dead when you need the light. I want a battery that doesn't discharge just sitting in my pocket.

Agreed on the tail switch and the chip. I believe Foursevens lights have some of the highest CRI ratings of any non-custom lights.

My turn has finally come up for the North Arm Knives Skaha II after being on the waitlist for months!

I need help choosing the scales. There are two fatcarbon options available... black dunes or red lava flow. What do you guys think?

Congrats! I like the red. Ooh, magnacut. Very cool.
