I'm no liquor connoisseur, and I happen to have a very low tolerance for alcohol (meaning I get wasted with only a few shots). In fact I was recently hospitalized due to acute pancreatitis after drinking more than my body could handle it. So far, the only wine I've tasted that I actually enjoyed was port wine, which is a type of fortified wine (and therefore stronger than regular wine). As for beer, I often go for Pilsner Urquell, Guinness or Sapporo. My favorite liquor though is hot sake, which I always drink whenever I go to a sushi-ya.
