I follow vegan recipe groups on FB to use their superior knowledge of porridges and aromatics. And sometimes to mention that carrot salmon actually doesn't taste like salmon.
I use MSG in my cooking. Did experiment on wife on cause of headaches. It wasn't MSG. It was too much salt, sugar, and calories in a meal. MSG is supposed to be used sparingly, partial teaspoons.
Lotsa folks don't do well with pea protein. If you're unsure if these fake beef burgers are gonna sit well, try finding some protein fortified milk using pea protein in a single serving and see if that works first.
