Not joking that much, until I moved here last year I was in Venice where crappy slow unstable ADSL is the only game in town.

@Taverius ahh gotcha. Haha, I can imagine. I have a friend over in Nettuno who rants about their shitty internet all the time, nearly as much as I did. Glad you got better speeds XD

@Taverius does cable run underground in Venice? If it does, strikes me that they'd have a better excuse than most other places for internet problems.

@JustAnotherRando Some does I'm sure, it also runs beside the houses etc. Its just all old copper so regardless you can imagine how well its doing in the sea air.

And with the population down to 20% of what it was, not much incentive to bring fiber to somewhere so difficult.

I'm happy to know that you upgraded the internet, although... it doesn't seem any better here.
