    Amazon Prime Now screwed up both of my orders today. Customer service had it corrected in less than 30 minutes. Plus they gave me some free credit on my account.

    They gave me $10 and a full refund. So I have this cover for the e-ink tablet that I gotten for free. I have until Aug 7 to return it. Going to hold it for a few more days in hopes package shows up.

    Indeed. They told me if I ever received the package that I can keep it. I'm actually going to return it, I went with the smaller 7.8 in model. Didn't need the big 10 in with pen that I will never use. #MANGA

    Yeah once I ordered some Used Herman BT Premium headphones from Amazon. They were missing the USB to 2.5mm charging cable. They refunded me 100% and said to keep them.

    Jk I'd totally get an e-ink tablet if I had room in the budget, and for the exact same purpose (plus actual books... maybe :P).

    Hope the parcel arrives safely! Delivery troubles are hell on stress, both the type that involves Amazon and the type that involves babies.
