Most age groups seem pretty comfortable expressing their entitlement these days. Are you sure this isn't just a sampling error? Lots of middle-agers at work or something?

@ogodei Nope they're not even the most common group, the most common are below 30. It's all anecdotal tho but even my coworkers agree with me ‍♂️.

What industry? Might just be defensive behavior which comes across as "entitled"...

"cuntiest." Somehow, that ought to be a compliment. Oh, sure, I can see that going down really badly, especially, in the workplace, like, "Can I just tell you that I think you're really cunty?" "OK, OK, I'll report myself to HR."

Just one of those odd human habits. Genitals are wonderful --- yet we use their words as insults. And, as far as I know, always have done.
