I have years of good experience with the big Sunbox I bought back in ~'05. According to my my really good doctor, people don't get enough Vitamin D at any time of the year. Even multivitamins have relatively little D. So I take it year round.

I live in tropics. Vitamin D deficiency is common because people try to avoid the sun!
