    The BW is simply amazing with the HD650s! I don't know about the HD800S, but the BW helps to take the edge off of the stock hd800s that I tried last night. They're still bright of course, but much more tolerable. I'll get the chance to compare the BW with the ZDS sometime later this month or next month, as well as the HD800S.

    Get both. Different sound. I fully support Donald and I think he makes fantastic amps. I miss DNA at the meets since he's been more involved with Riva recently. The $1000 fees for the California CanJams pretty much ensure that small boutique guys like DNA won't ever be visible.

    The stratus is f'ing lovely. Wait to hear the ZD at a meet but I would be happy with the Stratus as my only amp. Don't let these dillweeds tempt you.

    No problem, I was joking. When I choosed the Stratus , i was considering the ZD as well but I was already a DNA client and all Stratus happy owners for years convinced it was the right choice. i'm a great fan of the ZD look though . Dunno why but I still think it's the most beautiful an refined amp I"ve seen.

    Not to derail the thread but I think there should be a dedicated thread for Zana Deux as there is for Black Widow and Studio.
    Maybe I'm being biased as an owner, but I personally think ZDS is the best looking amp in the current EC lineup.
