The one question on everyone's mind after traveling for +10h: Do they have a schiitr?

Ok, ok... I'll go easy on the shitposts. Sorry.

Just a quick note: the hours for the Schiitr will be changing as of next week. We're going to be open both weekend days, but at the cost of a couple of weekdays. So, as of May, the new hours will be:

    Thursday-Sunday 10AM-6PM.

Being open both weekend days allows us to fit into more people's schedules—the weekdays are usually pretty dead until Friday.

Can it be an competition for best pun instead? Someone has to try to one-up whoever is doing marketing at Schiit.

The Trans-Pacific lottery sounds great, but my wife would want to come along for the outlet mall shopping.

Haha. I found this museum piece. This was actually the very first DAC that I purchased around my last few years of college. Little did I know that Jason and Mike had anything to do with it. I guess I've been a lifelong Schiit fanboy.

Actually, this was the only external DAC that I could afford, that made a difference from the Sony ES CDP out.

After going around the tables with my HD650K and HD800V, my conclusions on how the Schiit gear compares to one another (http://www.superbestaudiofriends.or...ompendium-guide-to-schiit-amps-headamps.3058/) remains the same.

This was a surprise though. Definitely the surprise of the day. Gotta be kidding for something just USB powered. We should get a Fulla 2 and compare against a $79 ChiFi Douk DAC/Headamp. Sounds like a mini Magni 2 / Modi 2 combination. 95% there.

Or a convenient way to take a break if you live in the area.

"Hey boss, mind if I go to the Schittr?"
"Um, you don't have to ask me to do that, just go."
    "Hookay!"

@Marvey great photos. I was always surprised by how good the Fulla 2 was with a 650M. Plenty of volume from USB alone and no obvious sensations of mid suckout or other glaring issues. I remember being surprised at how favorably it compared to my Bifrost Multibit + Valhalla 2 system for anything like digitally produced pop, or other music that's less demanding than complex instrumentals or well recorded live shows where you want that deeper staging and separation. I give the Fullas out as gifts these days for the uninitiated music lover. The Fulla 2 and a 598 or 598Cs is a really good sounding open or closed option for $200 that would make pretty much any sane person happy.
