    Micil Irish whiskey. Discovered it in Clifden last week, and it was available in Dublin airport duty free store. Peaty, which I had never tasted in an Irish wiskey before. Quite nice.

    I wish I was drinking this RIGHT NOW and it’s time to make it it again, however I am having a glass of this Mezcal right now (Los Siete Misterios Doba Yej). This is my favorite mixed drink.

    Mezcal (This one in the photo is sweeter than I like neat, but mixes really well)
    Hibiscus simple syrup
    Ginger simple syrup
    Hellfire bitters
    Squeeze of lime
    Garnish of jalapeño
    Garnish of grapefruit peel

    Proportion to taste and have fun!
