        I think I am happy with them paired with Freya S and Nexus. Seems like a good match. I can try different tubes with my other pre as well.

        ... If you can back out, don't keep them. Or be prepared to feel "They sound OK now, but..." for a long time.

        As @Qildail's post suggests, speakers are never the same in your actual house, so there's always some risk.
