I was a C student throughout school and even college. I have a Ph.D in physics.

Honestly I wish all courses were pass/fail. You either know it or you don't. Saying that C is unacceptable even though it's 'passing' doesn't make a ton of sense.

The elementary and high school I went to were 75% Asian, do I get an honorary growing up Asian tag? I only scored in the mid 90's in advanced math, and mid 70's in IB (International Baccalaureate) physics and Chemistry (actually the IB system only gave a final grade between 1-7 at that time).

@Cspirou thank you. That's genuinely encouraging, yeah? And eh, I attribute it to "you might have passed but I did it better" sorta mentality. Doesn't jive with me either.

@JK47 LOL! Tell you what, if you're the same level of lactose intolerant I am then I'll think of you as a true Asian from now on, not just honourary :P

What do you call someone who graduated at the bottom of his class in medical school?

@Deep Funk Agh, the cramming. Maybe picking up two part time jobs was a bit of a dumb move, as evidenced by the amount of that I've had to do :P
