Smoking anything spells trouble for your lungs. It's just the basic fact that you're inhaling particulates.
As long as people understand that there's danger in smoking and don't expose people who don't want smoke in their faces to it, I say more power to you. Just be careful etc etc. I've lost friends and family to lung cancer, it sucks.
Beyond lungs, brain, etc - also been seeing mainstream reports about long-term weed users (eaters & smokers) developing scary GI issues. Stuff sounds eerily similar to incurable GI auto-immune diseases (Crohn's, etc). https://bigthink.com/surprising-science/cannabis-illness
Keep your air ways clean. My dust allergies in the Spring and Summer seasons can make going outside almost impossible. Breathing is easy until it is not. Then you can choke and you have to find ways to not choke. Not fun, makes you rather cautious...
Sell some audio gear and get a vaporizer. Just be picky with the materials and design, i.e. look for things like glass airways, isolated electronics, high quality or non-metal heating elements, etc. It'll never be 100% safe, but you can try your best to minimize things.
And it is probably wise to not make it a daily thing, same as alcohol. I'm not going to flirt with fear mongering verbiage like @Soups is doing, but there is enough initial evidence floating around to warrant caution regarding daily, long-term marijuana use. Enjoy life, but stay safe, stay smart, stay aware, and use some restraint to keep things chugging over the long haul.
Living in one of the 1st states where weed became legal, I see the cannabis industry slowly but surely becoming the next Big Tobacco, using their ol' playbook to a tee. This means a lot of people will avoid/deny the growing body of evidence while parroting indu$try propaganda because gettin' high is such short-term fun!
I actually sympathize with these folks, because I'm sure I'm just as guilty with other vices. That said, I don't aim to fear monger, but if it stokes fear in you, then maybe there's a good reason for that.
