    Keep a Koss PortaPro around. It does not matter how good something sounds. That headphone costs almost nothing and sounds a like mini HD650. Makes upgraditis symptoms weaker...

    I always used to experience a 'wow' moment when switching from virtually any piece of gear to another. Novelty always has an effect. The real test is living with something for 6 months or more with daily use. Now I'm jaded and usually just feel 'meh' unless the synergy is really special.

    @Deep Funk Couldn't agree more. Listening to a Fulla 2 + PortaPro (or KSC-75) combo on the regular is a great way to keep yourself sane in the audio game. It really is the point of diminishing returns imo.
