Write them off, they are not worthy. I tried twice with a Denver retailer (Crescendo Fine Audio) to respond to a few cursory pre-purchase questions. Silent as a dead mouse, with no response. You think I would ever give them any of my money. Nope!
Every vendor in this industry is different…. If it’s Justin at HeadAmp, the only way I could ever get him to reply to my requests was repeatedly leaving voicemails on his phone. Took 18 months to replace a battery on my Pico Slim due to an engineering oversight on his part.
One thing I have learned after 4 decades of buying stuff is the response time and the response is part of what you are buying. I had to go to the AG of Oregon to get one person to almost deliver after 8 months of BS. And he was the S of PS audio. I have no money or time for the quacks of audio.
@bixby Support. It matters. The thing that sucks is when you pay extra fees for support and still don't get it. Or the people who you're dealing with are so green as to be useless.
