You mean like audio gear ? I'm emotionally attached to my Jotunheim 2 cuz my girlfriend bought it for me at Christmas when it launched. Plus it sounds awesome with anything you plug into it.
Mostly gear from hobbies. Like the Sony RX100IV I am putting up for sale. Digging it out to clean and photograph has reminded me of how cool it is and how many memories I captured with it. I already acknowledge I am a sentimental softie, but it doesn't make it any easier to purge gear.
My 2 remaining geological hammers, the first purchased in 1983 the second in 1993. I didn't do much 'real' field work after the turn of the century, and being now retired I'm not using them at all - but they're not going anywhere.
For audio gear: my turntable, an import-duty-dodging 'NZ edition' (native wood trimmed) 1984 Rega bought in 1996. I know I could do better for what in turntable terms wouldn't be a hell of a lot of money, but it'd be hard to give up. And vinyl's all about emotion anyway :)
I've got kitchen stuff that I bought that dates back fifty years. I've got one pan that I know was around in 1960s: I'll never forgive my mum for getting rid of the rest of the set!
Yes, I have dog training gear and watches that I love becue they have changed with me through use. The years of use and care have softened my leashes to buttery soft yet strong. Many of my watches have scratches that were earned through hard use.
I'm the kind of person to keep movie tickets and random scraps of broken xylophones because I have strong memories associated with them. Every few months I'll do a bit of a purge, but it always ends up being a sort of ritual whenever I decide to toss something either as a conscious letting go or because I'd forgotten what something stood for.
Utility isn't everything, if holding on is sustainable for you :P
Once the iron gets properly hot, there is a very different sound if I touch the base. The volume is hugely increased. The wife can hear it from the kitchen, and even a neighbour asked me what I'd done.
