Oh no...why did you need a lawyer? This is worrisome.

I had some bad luck with this Yggdrasil lately. First, the + and LIM upgrades are not available in the EU. So I had to ship it to the US. Insured that is 200 € shipping. Shipping back costs also 150 € plus a couple of hundred euros for VAT and customs.

Then I noticed that the optical input was dead and some other oddity with the inputs. So I send it to Sonority (only 70 € instead of 200 € insured shipping to the US) in order to have it checked there, but DHL fucked it up.

They claim it was delivered (as the tracking states), but it wasn't.

Only after having my lawyer writing DHL a letter they paid. Before they just stated that it was succesfully delivered.

Fortunately, I did not skimp on the insurance sum. Normally, it's only 500 € for DHL parcels here.

Lesson learned.

Phew. That is scary. Glad they took care of it!
