I’m always pleased to hear of others’ successes in acquainting people with better sound. My greatest success is with my wife. She’s taken to good headphones. And even has her own taste: too gentle to be neutral, which is also her general disposition. She now understands why I’m willing to pay for maintaining and improving my various “systems.”

This is a great story. To find a fellow audiophile is a blast. But to be at their conception... Ha!

@imackler When he told me he was running his headphones off the tower's head out, I was like "dude, I'll lend you something, tell me if you notice a difference". Done son. It is pretty satisfying.

BTW, he was looking at going the Topping route, but being the spiteful person I am, I convinced him otherwise.
