I'm posting this LH update as a service but with the usual caveat that it is garbage (posting it means you don't have to go to the LH website and it makes it unnecessary for Jarek to post additional garbage on this site):

    Short Wave Software Update

We have improved a few important items:
    (1) Large HD music file playback.
    (2) Playback music file could go up to DSD256!! confirmed.
    (3) Album art cover generation is quick and stable now. But we will work more on cache and index of big file directory.
    (4) Bluetooth playback got even better. But APT-X needs work.
    (5) OTA firmware update is more stable when large update file needs to be updated.

Also, the charging speed of Wave unit is good. But we hope to make it even faster (5V 1.5A charging). We are working with the battery vendor to see how fast we could do without hurting lifetime of that Li-on battery.

We'll post more updates when we have them.

Larry, Jarek, and rest of the team

Larry, Jarek and the cleaning lady/gent(I don't discriminate). Where are the new pulse boards that should have been finished 6 weeks ago?

Do people still care about their "updates"?
Just join forces and sue them, they'll never ship a finished product.

I don't know if they can hide under the crowd scamming "rules" or not, but +4 years without delivering what was promised and the shameless rip-off to @KenBall ...maybe something can be done? A world without LH Labs would be a better world, that's for sure.

Haven't they renamed themselves to make that true? Or to avoid comments about LH Lavatories going down the pan.

The sad thing is that I really don't care nearly as much about the Wave at this point - am happy with my Sony 1Z, and my Geek Pulse has been replaced by the Holo Spring L3. What I really need the most now (and what was actually the afterthought in my LHL purchases) was the Source, and that appears to be trickling out like an 85 year old with a prostate problem...

(sincere apologies to any octogenarians out there!)

What are you talking about? LH Labs was a steaming pile of poo poo but Light Harmonic is a perfectly reputable company with a flawless track record.

(IIRC Light Harmonic was around from the beginning and LH Labs was just a subbrand used for most of their audio releases)

Light Harmonics was the super-high-priced, supposedly genius-tech (was/is it? Experts please comment) whose technology would trickle down to LH Lav devices. But, as I think I wondered back in Changstar days when Ho&Co were still "nice guys," if they sold much they wouldn't need their low cost geek out crowd-funded.
