Depression is an illness that no one really knows how to deal with. Do call hotlines if you need it, talk to people who'll listen. I cried when I heard the news since I love his work. This hurts almost as much as Chester Bennington.
@insidious meme One of my favourite teachers from high school posted a photo of herself, her girlfriend, and their daughter with Mr. Bourdain. He was loved here.
Maybe it's my imagination, but it seems that a lot of people my age are taking this route. I understand completely and deal with depression on a day to day basis.
@Senorx12562 if it's not too forward of me, I'm offering an online hug and maybe some real beer down the line. I'm always open for a conversation, be it about serious shit or stupid crap. Being with friends helps.
Exactly...just talking about depression (or insert whatever diagnosis here) with some one who gives a shit changes our relationship to whatever it is that ails us.
