@Azimuth, I'm wondering how you have handled room placement? I guess those boxes are designed to be placed close to walls, or even in corners? How about toe-in?

They are quite a few db quieter than their 20+ year old basic counterparts.

We’re finally closing on a house in a few days after living in a furnished apartment since we came back from Asia in 2020. So we are about to have to buy ALL the appliances. Place needs new dishwasher and oven too.

Recently had a $1K washer that was only a few years old fail, and the repairman sang the praises of a brand called Speed Queen. We ended up writing the old washer off and buying the TC5, and we're really happy with it. Has its tradeoffs (like everything) but our clothes have never been cleaner & it's built like a tank with a pretty great warranty.

After too many rounds with consumer crap we invested in commercial laundry equipment. Best investment ever. Works fine, lasts long time. Only change would be to add the coin operation metering for one of my sons that does all his laundry at our house.

^ Seems like people either need a new one every 2-3 years or they last 15+ years...
