This's one of the problems I hate my system: too many knobs, switches and variables!

@Ti_Leo I don't mind having options, but if they end up resulting in weird issues (cuz the channel balance issues I was having with the Magni 3+ were certainly due to the gain toggle), then yeah having fewer toggles would be my preference.

There IS still an audible and measurable imbalance on my Senns with the Unity relative to the Piety, but not as exaggerated as before.

@joch I'd rather it be the cables than something like the drivers. Lots of decent cheap cables hereabouts.

This is one way of unsnagging cable with the command line.

I like to call test output files dog. Then I can type

$ cat dog
