Yeah, it was mastered from the analog tapes, but they seem to imply that they then recorded it to digital and pretended like they are the same. It's hard to know these days.

Well I doubt the vinyl will sound much better than the existing Parlophone pressings, I just want a good clean digital copy to replace my needledrop.

The UK pressing is disappointing as well :(

The best I ever heard the album was on the Pono player with the Oppo PM-3. It smoothed out all the harsh edges. The perils of getting more neutral and resolving gear.

I watched a little bit of an episode from season 1, and it seemed a little dull. What am I missing?

It's not a fast show, it's more of a visual, thoughtful show. Check out a later episode like "Jack's Shoes" or maybe "Three Blind Archers" to get a feel.

Cart break-in is 200% real.

I finally mounted my Zu DL-103 last week and it's and bright and slightly harsh, but geting better and better. Probably going to send my worn Paradox DL-103 for a saphire canitlever and micro-ridge stylus in the near future.

Every other piece of trialware I've used has never required this.

Requiring money upfront before you have to cancel is scammy. Adobe, Microsoft, etc. don't do this, what makes them think this software is so special they have to lock in your credit card?

That alone makes me not want to buy from them.

Dr F. It annoyed me too. I went ahead anyway and enjoyed my time with it. Yes you do need to email to cancel. They ask for feedback when you do. If you give some honest critique they seem to extend the trial for another 15 days or so.
