@fraggler any ramen recommendations in Chicago?

I very much get sushi and sushimi. Or rather, wish, these days, I did!

Ashamed to say that despite my time in Japanese restaurants being quite substantial, I never tried ramen.

I think we've all been confused as to HFMs "strategy" with regards to versioning for the last ten years... I don't have any idea what the difference between a $400 and $4000 HP is in their lineup, and I'm too afraid to ask at this point.

i.e. they had a bunch of HE4XX cups, the bog standard headbands, and the magnet arrays tweaked from the HD5XX, and whatever screws and bolts and other things lying around (that amount to "incorporating several all-new components") and figured they could pass them off as something new. Or just recycling parts from warranty returns?

Pretty sure its the 400se with different earpads and headband, for 30 dollars less. Probably a good deal, but would need some testing to see if corners were cut.

Milk Duds will also do a nice job at removing crowns and other semi-permanently attached dental appliances.

Licorice is known as an "active" substance in herbal medicine. It's good for coughs and stuff. It's there in a few over-the-counter cough mixtures: whether as an active ingredient or just a flavour, I don't know. Personal note: I detest licorice/anise-family flavours.

Went for a run this morning. Toward the end, getting tired, I walked a short but steep-ish hill. A guy working in his garage saw me and asked if I wanted a bottle of water. Busted dude, no human would do that.

Oh, kudos to Croatia without a doubt. They're 6 - 0 in this World Cup, that's quite impressive. Extra time in all 3 knockout games, 2 of them penalty shootouts. Lot of heart on that team.
