before seeing your reply I thought you were going to say your living room setup amp exploded, some of the thiels dip below 2 ohms and had a nasty reputation for that on other forums - really cool speakers though

My living room setup is Micro Seiki + dl110>Skoll>Nakamichi PA-7A MK2. And the speakers are Theil CS3 at the moment.

@decompositions , mostly they explode when you crank them too hard, but that is the only thing that I know, of course we don't install them anymore, but a ton of our customers still have them running!

Airist RDAC / MCTH is fire for synergy. That definitely takes me back - tons of hours of enjoyment with that stack.

Substitute Elex for Clear and Siemens tube for stock and I found great synergy with this chain, too

No. Its quite mild IME.

Not very abrasive at all, but if you use water it could get messy. Also, if you use them often don't buy brand name Magic Erasers in the grocery store. I got a 100 pack of generic melamine sponges on Amazon for like 20 bucks. Will probably last me forever.

Not sure I can completely agree @HotRatSalad , I listened to Animals WAY more and am not sick of it, or Angel Dust by Faith No More.

Both great albums but I'm not sure how Animals and Angel Dust are related other than being next to each other my in album list. In that case Amused to Death, Animal Magnetism and Appetite for Destruction never grow old either.
