@gixxerwimp : so many acronyms ... the same acronym can mean many things depending on context. Long ago we learned ABCs. Now we need to know CBAs - Context Based Acronyms.

My sincere condolences Bob. Been there twice. Hardest thing I’ve had to do. When my mom passed I threw myself in to playing music.

Condolences, Bob. Happy to hear you captured her story in her own words. I did the same thing with my grandmother early in her dementia, before her passing. I listen to that recording often. Best to you.

@Superexchanger : very wise. Like you I find comfort in hearing stories in my mother's own voice. If I have any regrets it is that I didn't plan additional sessions to capture more.

Fully manual measurements for the last three days interspersed among other responsibilities.

Some full immersion diversion might provide temporary relief this coming week. Peace to all, be well.

That document is a more generalized starting point. My most recent refinements are HD800-Jmod specific and likely won't apply as well. If I get some time (insert much laughter here) I may fetch the stock HD800 and do some checking. The main thing is once you have it all running, then tweak for your personal preference.

@Luckbad - no, I've been quite satisfied with my ADI-2 Pro for work use, though now augmented with Motu UltraLite-mk4, also for work as well as recreational listening.

It was disturbing but now a humorous memory. The bird was carefully brought to us without damage. I think Thomas wanted us experience the joy of hunting a bird. After release, he positioned himself where he could enjoy the show. Incredibly we were able to corral the bird and have it fly out an open window while two cats were sequestered. Both cats are my lab assistants, often sleeping near while I work.

Whoa! I can do that kind of lab work. Even in highly-technical, specialist labs. I can send you my CV: I have slept in numerous roles from unskilled factory floor to IT management.

But I do lack other cat-specific skills. Also no tail or fur.
