Like my Zappa stream of conciousness yesterday, it just came into my head, so I checked out the lyrics. Watched a rather poor-quality clip on youtube.

I think I have all those films on VHS. I wonder if the machine still works after ten years of being ignored. I wouldn't if I was it.

Oh, I meant the comments section on the Kickstarter.com campaign itself. Frequent questions asking about what amp to buy before taking delivery of the Verums, rather than doing the obvious and just plugging them in to whatever they have, and listening.

My kitten is nearly a year old. I think I'm going to be one of those awful parents that call their adult offspring babies!

One of my cats gets insanely jealous if my wife or I are on the phone. She will jump on us, climb up to our faces, then bite the phone itself and shove her head under our hands for scratches.

I do that when my wife is on the phone. It is not jealousy, just boredom as the call enters its second hour.

It was five. Sadly, two kittens did not survive early encounters with Indian street dogs. One should have: the injury did not seem so bad, but there was internal stuff and complications :(

Definitely! A normal day is spent fairly close to the computer. When I go out or away, phone browsing is an option, and I do keep up with some stuff --- but I don't even have alerts (or auto syncing even) for email. I look when I look.

I sometimes even meet my wife!!! I think we're both going to the same flute concert at 10.00am

And, after a day of 98.473% veggie TamBram company... Tandoori chicken for dinner :p

Sounds enjoyable. Make the most of it! We are looking forward to a 3-day Womad festival here in March (within walking distance).

I've already lost count of how many concerts I've seen since my announcement. maybe six or eight, ie two or three a day. Think that's a lot? Some people here manage five!

Chennai traffic is fine for Chennai drivers! Yep: I guess I'm part of the problem, not part of the solution! lol.

Actually... two nights away and I'm back home for a night. Came to a concert near home this afternoon, and thought I'd pop back for one or two things I forgot, like, for instance, stubble does not suit me!

And the cats were lonely.

I saw two concerts today. One by my absolute favourite elderly lady (in fact, maybe leave out "elderly" there), and one by a 20-something lady who combines classical music with med school. This one is American in conversation, but I couldn't tell that from listening to her singing.
(And she has an aunt I'm fond of, unfortunately not there today)

Mine is a 6 vs2. But I also have the 3i that I bought in late 90s or early 2000s. Bought the new one because the old one failed. Later got the old one repaired. It sounds better!

I remember replacing a 120W amp with that 50(?)W 3i and wondering if it was a mistake. Turned it on and found it to be a glorious success! Never since have I heard such a difference between two amps!

6 vs2 repairs: the mute switch doesn't work. The remote does, so it must be the switch. I'll take it back next time I have to go that way.

I listened to a couple of interviews on that guy's site. Interesting stuff. Makes a change from guys restoring shapers and machining shafts!

I've been reading quite a bit about various unconventional therapy options for depression, only one of which is legal in my country (Ketamine infusion.) Micro-dosing LSD and mushrooms in the morning is another one. I hope that in the future more research will be done, and if it truly is effective as some believe it to be, it will be an option.

It actually did not seem such a severe injury, even to the vet. But it was worse than it looked, stuff got infected, and.

I now have the mother and one youngster. I think the mother has more street sense than to get involved with dogs. I'm thinking she would have run to the rescue. She's a heroine!
