        Thank you so much this means a lot to me. I should get production going soon. Maybe a month. Waiting for some custom parts branded with my logo. <3

      Nucleus MB died (again). Roon is out of MBs to do repairs - but trade-in is honored for current machines. Titan Stone, so far, so good.

        I got the "stone" model. So far, the server works well (more screws, but a lot better interior layout IMO). It's also demonstrably faster. So far, so good.

        Put mine down with the 2CH. So lovely with the Aegir and the Lintons. I have no reason to buy anything else for a very long time.

        I've been rather sick, so all I can do is listen. This test was good. GS2 is really good. Indeed it is an airier Gungnir A2 with better separation. Better than OG/A2? No. Flavors indeed.

        MHA200 extracts all the juice, so I don't feel like I'm leaving Yggdrasil coins on the table anymore. Used HD800S for testing.

      Magic synergies: (1) USB -> Urd -> Yggdrasil -> MJ3 -> LCD-X 21 (Roon EQ), (2) USB -> Bifrost 2/64 -> Jot2 as preamp -> MHA200 -> Utopia’22(noEQ)

        I still have its old big brother CXN-v2 on a secondary setup. Still a solid piece of kit - my single complaint is it doesn’t do Apple Music natively (but AirPlay is good enough there).

        Oh yeah! CXNv2 is really good - and the Wolkfram DACs are not bad at all. The AXN10’s ESS are a tiny bit brighter, but heck, I just needed a reliable transport under $500. Feed the Yggdrasil’s coax and move on.

        Haven’t tried the CXN100. I hope the built-in dac implementation is cool! Hard to beat that, a CXC, and an amp for a better-than-most easy to set up system.

        Moved MJ3 to the Yggdrasil rig, not bad at all. But I still think MHA200 gets all out of Yggdrasil and everything else leaves a little bit out. Oh well. It’s good to play with toys and enjoy tunes.

        Wouldn't you like to have built your dream audio system?

        Isn't what he did the same as what many here do? The difference being only one of scale.

        The whole evening was an incredible synthesis of sight and sound. Even at 73 years old, PG continues to push himself artistically. It's a gutsy move to go out and play 11 new songs when you already have a remarkable back catalog spanning 40+ years, not to mention that he and the band were incredibly tight and energetic for 2 hours 45 minutes.

        21 years ago I saw him in Mexico City - this was like a week before the Up tour formally started. The newspaper review was “This jerk charged us to come see him rehearse”. Not unlike the current performance, it was him, some theatrics, and the band - without the large “Us” era spectacle. He also filled the set with tracks from “Up”. He didn’t even play “In Your Eyes”.
