    I have a small Fosi, and I do occasionally use the bluetooth.
    
    I have a low-end system, and even more lower-end ears. But... Fosi *works.* It takes a musical input, amplifies it, and send it to speakers without doing anything horrible to it. Sure, it would be a good start for a newcomer.

    I’m pretty versed in computer audio tweakery/geekery but haven’t ever been able to make heads or tails of Diretta. It’s an alternative to UPnP basically, right? Or at least that’s what I’ve gotten out of the little I’ve read about it.

    listening to Polyphia's Remember That You Will Die right now, which is mixed a bit thiccc and on some of these other cheapo chip amps can sound way thuddy, not so on the V3. Good enough to not be distracting.

    Fitting the Sparkos in was a bit more annoying than I expected, but it really does a good job of cutting through the veil it had with the stock 5532s. This amp will be more than adequate for my living room setup!

    Dude I bought my current speakers from had just upgraded to Acoustic Zen Adagios - he was kind enough to let me listen for a half an album or so... big fat yes on these, especially in the used market.

    I have the Rednet 3 already, so I didn't really need another transport. But as a Roon endpoint, the Pi is better than the Rednet 3 in a lot of ways.

    PI-2XR, which is 1:1, but in retrospect I think I should have gotten the PO-2XR because the spec sheets show less distortion in the bass. I'd say even with a bit of bass color the benefits outweigh the downside. I mostly got it to use it with @ColtMrFire Starlet when he brings it over.
