We are good with DCS, based on lots of different grilles over the years. What I know: they will get insanely hot, but are very controllable and even, they have a rotisserie that works very well and you can even do picanha on it if you are lazy. However, budget is high.

Texas plates are more cheaply made too. The letters are not stamped like in CA. I love cheap with the savings passed on.

They have a wholesome, positive "love yourself" image which tends to appeal to many a flawed person (usually female) out there. I'm not an "ARMY" but I kinda get it. The fandom however has a subset which has gotten a bit out of hand wrt other fandoms.
